This session will explore key tax planning opportunities resulting from the recently passed “One Big Beautiful Bill,” which introduces impactful provisions for both businesses and individuals. CLA’s experts will guide attendees through the essentials, including: 

  • SALT cap changes
  • New 0.5% AGI floor for charitable contributions 
  • Depreciation and fixed asset opportunities 
  • Energy credit changes 
  • Modifications to R&D expenses 
  • TCJA business and individual extensions
