Mike Shaw, Emergency Management Coordinator for Collier County Emergency Management
Mike is primarily tasked as an Operations lead during activations of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). He also maintains the County’s web-based disaster information management platform “WebEOC,” and as a Homeland Security and Public Safety liaison for the Division. Read Mike's bio here.
Captain Jamie Cunningham, Collier County Sheriff’s Office
Captain Cunningham began his career in law enforcement with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office in 1994 where he served for 3 years before transferring to an Auxiliary Deputy and joining the North Collier Rescue Fire Department. Captain Cunningham had a successful career as a Fire Fighter, promoting up through the ranks to become Fire Chief of the North Collier Rescue Fire Department and held the position for 3 years until retiring in 2019. Rejoining the CCSO full-time as the Communications Manager, he was promoted in 2020 to Patrol Support Commander where he oversaw the Real-time Operations Center, Emergency Management, Incident Management teams, Gang and K-9 Units, Field Force and the Emergency Response Team.
