We are a private, non-profit child care agency providing high quality child care at 3 locations in Collier County. The NCEF Early Childhood Development Center is located on the campus of Edison State College and serves birth to age five. We operate 2 additional centers for CCPS teachers and teen parents at Immokalee and Golden Gate High Schools.
