After much success in Washington DC, Chef Fabrizio Aielli and his wife and business partner Ingrid relocated to Naples. In 2008, they opened Sea Salt, which was featured in Esquire Magazine's Best New Restaurants of the year. In 2012, they followed with Barbatella, also located on historic Third Street South. In 2015 they opened another Sea Salt in Downtown St Petersburg. Most recently, Dorona was added to the family of successful Aielli Group dining establishments in 2017. The Aielli's partnership and philanthropic endeavors in Southwest Florida are an important part of their business philosophy. The hundreds of jobs they create along with their unwavering support of many charitable organizations demonstrate their commitment to our community.
