Manhattan Construction has been headquartered in Collier County since 1968 and a national company since 1896. We are the largest local construction management firm in the area. Manhattan Construction has built many notable projects in Collier County such as the Court House, Children's Museum, Ave Maria University, Edison State College, Florida Gulf Coast University, many commercial, retail and residential buildings on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street, over $1.3 Billion in K-12 projects, single family homes in Port Royal, Bay Colony, Pelican Bay, and the Vineyards, North and South NCH Hospitals, Moorings Park Retirement Community, Red Sox Stadium, and South Florida Intl Airport.
