UPDATE: As of the 11:00 AM National Weather Service advisory, Milton is 190 miles SW of Tampa, Florida, and approximately 155 miles west-southwest of Naples, Florida. The storm is moving northeast at 17 mph with maximum sustained winds of 145 mph.

Important Information

Vehicle Storage:

For those trying to store vehicles, please note:

  • The 4th Avenue South Parking Garage is FULL.
  • Do not park your vehicle or electric vehicle (EV) on the ground floor of any parking garage. They WILL BE TOWED due to flooding risks and fire hazards.
  • Remove from Zones A & B, move to higher ground and away from buildings.

 

Beach and Pier Closures:

  • All beach ends including the Naples Pier and all parks are CLOSED.

Driving Curfew:

driving curfew will begin at 4 PM today. Emergency personnel and essential employees who have been verified will be exempt.


During this time, traffic lights at 10 flood-prone intersections will be disabled to prevent damage.

Remember, treat all disabled intersections as 4-way stops.
