The Leadership Collier Foundation is the Greater Naples Chamber's 501(c)(3) arm, whose mission is to activate the potential of leaders to build a stronger Collier County. The foundation has three marquee leadership programs: Leadership Collier, Associate Leadership Collier, and Youth Leadership Collier. 

The LCF builds a broad-based network of community leaders who enhance their leadership abilities and skills through continuing education, shared perspectives, and community involvement to enable them to work toward solutions in the public interest. The Foundation accomplishes this through the programs and initiatives it governs:
