Collier County Government and Greater Naples Chamber partnered together and chose Galt Insurance as the April 2023 Business of the Month. An award was presented to Galt Insurance at the Collier County Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 11, 2023. 
 
Each month, the award is presented to an organization that has enhanced the community through financial, volunteer, and active involvement in organizations and programs that assist in creating a better quality of life for all citizens in Collier County. The company chosen will also be featured at the following Wake Up Naples/Chamber Conversation event. 

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners, presented Andrea Galt, Marketing & PR and Sara Barcarolo, SHRM-CP,  Director of Human Resources, both with Galt Insurance with a commemorative plaque at the April 2023 County Commission meeting.

Outside of that, their team has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, invested in the Chamber's leadership programs gaining a 2022 ALC graduate, collect and donate school supplies, toys & food for various supply drives, and are on track to participate for the 2nd year in a row with the STARability Foundation's annual 3k/5k fundraiser.

They also have always made it a priority to support various youth sports programs like baseball, basketball, soccer, and football, as this has had a significant impact with building skillsets that we believe will ultimately contribute to the future success of our community.
