Collier County Government and Greater Naples Chamber partnered together and chose The Naples Money Managers as the December 2022 Business of the Month. An award was presented to The Naples Money Managers at the Collier County Board of County Commissioners meeting on December 13, 2022. 
 
Each month, the award is presented to an organization that has enhanced the community through financial, volunteer, and active involvement in organizations and programs that assist in creating a better quality of life for all citizens in Collier County. The company chosen will also be featured at the following Wake Up Naples/Chamber Conversation event. 

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners and Bethany Sawyer, VP of Membership at Greater Naples Chamber presented Marcus Bickle, John Kinkead, and Dawn Brown from Naples Money Managers with a commemorative plaque at the December 2022 County Commission meeting.

The Naples Money Managers is a privately owned, independent, Money Management and Financial Planning firm since 1987. The firm provides a unique strategy to create "More Income with less Risks than Stocks" through the use of a time tested covered call strategy with a 20 year track record. 

Since 1987 the principals of The Naples Money Managers formerly, Litchfield & Nelson, have felt that you can't expect to receive respect and trust from the community, until you have proven that you can give 1st. Starting with the revitalization of the East Naples Civic Association in our early years to working on key campaigns for candidates such as Porter Goss and Don Hunter, to being the Capital Campaign Chair to build the main building for the Shelter for Abused Women and Children, to being Capital Campaign Chair for the expansion for Naples Therapeutic Riding Center. Over the years we have served on too many boards to mention. Another way we gave back was to provide free financial advice on Radio and TV. 

Their culture is a wonderful combination of seasoned professionals who can help provide a solid base for the younger professionals to use as a springboard to make sure we stay flexible and relevant. Flexibility is the key to a company's longevity. Bend or break! As family life and other personal issues pop up is very important. Their employees are so appreciative of the company's flexibility as family life and other personal issues are a part of one's life and work life. They give back to the company with the passion and dedication all companies need to make sure that all clients feel.

The honoree is presented with a commemorative plaque at the Board of County Commissioners meeting. A photo is taken and featured in Chamber communications, the Chamber’s website and promoted through social media.
