We want to take a moment to congratulate two of our Board Members, Jason Korn and Jeanne Seewald, on receiving awards that distinguish them as some of the best lawyers in Collier County!

Mr. Korn received the 2022 Donald E. Van Koughnet Lion of the Law Award for Professionalism and Mrs. Seewald received the Florida Association of Women Lawyers' Leader in the Law award.

The Collier County Bar Association honored Jason Hunter Korn as its 2022 Donald E. Van Koughnet Lion of the Law Award for Professionalism recipient. The award recognizes excellence in legal skills, professionalism, and public service. Criteria for the Collier County Bar Association’s most prestigious award also include a commitment to community service, a career marked by a reputation for professionalism and character, and great legal skill in advocacy.

Mrs. Seewald was chosen for the Leader in Law award after being nominated by the Collier County Women’s Bar Association, a FAWL chapter. The Leader in the Law award recognizes women who have made meaningful contributions and significant impacts in their communities through their legal service or volunteer activities and have proven to be a positive role model for FAWL members.

A member of Hahn Loeser’s Board of Directors, Seewald’s legal practice focuses on intellectual property, general business and mergers and acquisitions. Of the 105,000+ licensed Florida attorneys, she is one of only 137 who are board certified by The Florida Bar in intellectual property law.
