The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce Danielle O’Conner's promotion to Vice President of Talent & Innovation for the Greater Naples Chamber. Danielle will lead talent and economic development initiatives in Collier County and collaborate with key stakeholders, including local businesses, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and government entities, creating a thriving ecosystem that supports sustainable economic growth. This promotion reflects Danielle's exceptional contributions and expertise in leadership, public speaking, program development, strategic initiatives and community engagement. 

Danielle has been with our organization for almost three years, most recently serving as Director of Talent Initiatives, where she played a crucial role in building the workforce and education pipeline in Collier County, aligning industry needs and talent supply by ensuring adequate training opportunities and attracting businesses that bring high-wage and high-demand jobs.
