[Bonita Springs, FL, November 7, 2023] Zacharia Brown, an Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm, is excited to announce our ribbon cutting ceremony in partnership with the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. The Firm currently has offices in Lakewood Ranch and Pompano Beach and we are expanding into SWFL with the launch of our Bonita Springs office. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 8th at 4:30 p.m. outside of our office in the Promenade at Bonita Bay26811 South Bay Drive, Bonita Springs, Florida 34134.

This is a major milestone for the Pennsylvania-based firm given its unique and successful approach to Estate Planning with an Elder Law focus. Zacharia Brown’s three partners, Carl Zacharia, Esq., Christine Brown Murphy, Esq., and Colleen Bratkovich, Esq., its business development director and associate attorney, Carrie Conboy, Esq., and its Bonita Springs team, which consists of associate attorney, Ehren Frey, Esq., and business operations and marketing manager, Kelsy Koeller, will be present for the ribbon cutting ceremony to communicate their passion for helping individuals achieve their estate and long-term planning goals.

Founding partner, Carl Zacharia, Esq., who has been practicing law in Florida and Pennsylvania for 30 years, stated, “Zacharia Brown attorneys are dedicated to helping individuals and families throughout Florida and Pennsylvania to preserve their hard-earned life savings and protect their loved ones and legacy, all while providing top-shelf Estate Planning and Elder Law services. The Firm is unique in its approach by not only considering what will transpire upon a person's passing, but also planning and providing for any possible future long-term care needs. We are committed to ensuring that your generational wealth is protected and your long-term care needs are met.”

“Building a strong foundation with elder focused estate planning documents that can live and breathe with you as you move along the aging continuum is what differentiates an elder law attorney from a typical estate planning attorney.  We approach planning to minimize taxes, provide for the needs of young children or those with disabilities, but we also address the possibility of long-term care with an effective asset protection plan.  There is nothing worse than discovering that your existing estate planning documents don’t rise to the challenge of meeting your needs,” says managing partner, Christine Brown Murphy, Esq. “The average cost of nursing home care in SWFL is approximately $11,000 per month, which will quickly devastate a family’s financial portfolio. Our attorneys help to relieve that burden by utilizing our knowledge and experience to qualify individuals for Medicaid and Veterans Benefits. We work to preserve and protect a family’s generational wealth while planning for the care your loved ones need.”

Zacharia Brown is celebrating its SWFL expansion by hosting a Grand Opening Celebration on Friday, November 10th from 11:30 a.m.1:30 p.m. at the DeRomo’s Banquet Room in the Promenade at Bonita Bay. All are welcome to attend and meet our team and learn about the unique approach Zacharia Brown provides when it comes to Estate Planning with an Elder Law focus.
