"Let's Make a Splash" is a fun, World Water Day Cocktails & Dinner Event with proceeds used to drill large, deep, solar-powered, clean water wells across Africa in urgent-need village regions in Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Guinea. Women and children are the ones who must collect the daily water supply and can walk up to 15 kilometers a day just to get enough water to survive, much of which is bacteria-laden and causes waterborne illnesses. By putting a clean water well in a village, women and children are both free to pursue an education. Sick people get well.
