The Lead with Love Foundation has announced their CEO panel who will share their leadership strategies at LIVE2LEAD, an annual John Maxwell global leadership and personal growth event. Dr. Dawn Belamarich, president and CEO at Collaboratory; Tim Dupre, president, CEO and partner at PBS Contractors; Joseph De Sena, CFP®, managing director at Siena Wealth Advisory Group; and Tracy Duhany, strategic advisor at The Amboseli Group will share their leadership strategies during the live session that will be moderated by Shannon Livingston. In addition, Dr. Jaclynn Faffer, president and CEO at Baker Senior Center Naples will be the opening keynote speaker.

The live simulcast and in-person event will be hosted by Karen Shepherd, MSHR, SHRM-CP, founder of the Lead with Love Foundation and HR by Karen, LLC. Over a distinguished 28-year career in the Nuclear Navy, Navy Bob commanded the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Texas, led the largest submarine squadron in the Pacific - overseeing 323,000 personnel, vast assets, and budgets exceeding $25 billion - and excelled in high-stakes environments where safety, reliability, and decisive leadership were non-negotiable. Handpicked for one of the most trusted roles in the U.S. military, Navy Bob served as Military Aide to President George W. Bush - entrusted with carrying the “nuclear football,” the briefcase containing the nation’s nuclear launch codes. 

LIVE2LEAD is an annual leadership broadcast developed by Maxwell Leadership.
