We begin with vagus nerve reset techniques — simple, potent practices using breath, sound, and gentle self-touch to shift you out of fight-or-flight and into the body's natural rest response. From there, movement led by both intuition and instruction, freeing you physically and energetically. We will then soften the body as we settle into restorative yoga — fully supported shapes held just long enough for the nervous system to exhale. We close in yoga nidra, a guided state between waking and sleep that offers profound rest in a short time — leaving you quietly renewed and deeply resourced.
