Estia Opens in North Naples – May 2025 Authentic Greek Mediterranean Cuisine & Fresh Fish Flown-In Daily Naples, FL – Get ready to sail into an unforgettable dining experience as Estia opens its doors in North Naples in May 2025. Known for bringing the freshest flavors of Greece to the table, Estia is making its mark on the vibrant Florida food scene with its seventh location. The family-owned gem, hailing from the East Coast, offers a menu filled with authentic Greek Mediterranean dishes and fresh fish flown in daily, promising a truly coastal escape.

"We’re excited to expand to North Naples and share our family recipes and culture with the community," says Gus Pashalis, co-owner of Estia. "We want our guests to experience the warmth of Greek hospitality, along with the incredible flavors of the Mediterranean."

The Pashalis family, whose dedication to quality and tradition shines through every dish, invites guests to step into an atmosphere that’s as fresh and breezy as the Mediterranean coast. From the stunning ice display showcasing the day’s freshest fish selections to the airy, sunlit ambiance, dining at Estia feels like you are on a Greek Island.

The restaurant’s open, welcoming vibe captures the essence of island life, with whitewashed wood, exotic stone, and rustic urns shipped directly from parts of Greece. As Gus Pashalis, co-owner of Estia, explains, “We worked with an interior designer who creates homes in Greece to bring that authentic, coastal feeling right here to Naples.” Located on Vanderbilt Beach Road just west of Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt, the 400-seat restaurant features a wrap-around patio for outdoor dining, on a pond with water views and beautiful, white washed stone arches.

Specializing in whole grilled fish flown in from the Mediterranean, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent fishermen, Estia serves only the freshest, highest-quality seafood. Guests are invited to choose their fish directly from the ice display as they enter the dining room. "Whole fish, simply grilled, is our forté," says Gus. "We charcoal grill each fish with our signature ladolemono, capers, and oregano for a flavor-packed dish."

Popular fish choices include Lavraki (European Sea Bass), Tsipoura (Royal Dorado), and the Mediterranean delicacy Karavides (Langoustines)— butterflied, grilled in the shell, and served with ladolemono. The menu also features classic Greek dishes such as Lamb Chops, Dolmades (rice-stuffed grape leaves), Spanakopita (spinach pie), and Grilled Octopus, among many others.

Boosting an extensive wine list from Greece and beyond, Estia’s cocktail program will feature fresh juices and native Greek spirits such as Mastiha, Metaxa and Ouzo along with signatures including Meli, made with vodka, passionfruit, honey and lemon and Aloi, a mixture of gin, plum, aloe vera and mint. From dinner to drinks, Estia promises to be a true epicurean escape, where every bite and sip transports you to the sun-kissed shores of Greece.
