for Veterans Prescreening for the event: Now - August 15th

Smiles for Freedom Free Dental Event: November 8th
Must have a scheduled appointment and prescreening done. 

Event details: 

Park Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is passionate about giving back to those who have served our country. We deeply appreciate the sacrifices made by our Veterans and understand that freedom isn't free. To show our gratitude, we are hosting "Smiles For Freedom" on Saturday, November 8, 2025. 

This event offers FREE dental services to Veterans as a way of saying thank you.

•Services Provided: Free dental care, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other essential treatments
•Pre-screening required: Must be pre-screened before August 31

If you or someone you know is a Veteran and would like to be screened for eligibility, please contact JoAnn at (239) 263-1151 to schedule a screening appointment before August 31, 2025. This appointment will allow the dentist to assess your needs and determine your eligibility for the event. A Military ID or DD-214 form is required for screening.
