Youth Haven Cherish the Children Luncheon

Youth Haven, Collier County’s only emergency and residential shelter for abused and neglected children ages 6 to 21, is pleased to announce its Cherish the Children Luncheon on Thursday, Jan. 15. Held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, the luncheon offers an engaging opportunity to learn more about the impact of Youth Haven’s crucial programming. This year’s luncheon will feature keynote speaker and world-renowned illusionist Jason Bishop. After spending a decade in foster care, he credits child welfare professionals for saving his life and will deliver an inspiring and uplifting story of resilience. Carlos Escoto and Laina Kennedy will serve as event co-chairs, and Amanda and Ian Schmoyer of Christopher Alan Homes will serve as honorary chairs. Janet Snyder, renowned morning show host of Kiss 98.5 (WKSE-FM) in Buffalo, New York, will emcee the luncheon. The event’s media sponsor is Naples Illustrated. Individual tickets are $300.
