The Entrepreneurship Orientation is a required session designed to prepare students and families for a successful Youth Business Fair experience.

This orientation will walk participants through what to expect on the day of the event and help young entrepreneurs feel confident, prepared, and excited. Students will learn how the Fair works, how judging and public voting are structured, and how to set up their booth for success.

What Students Will Learn

• What to expect on the day of the Youth Business Fair
• Booth setup, display tips, and customer interaction basics
• How judging and awards work
• How to confidently explain their business or product
• Event rules, logistics, and expectations

Who Should Attend

• All registered student participants "Cradle to Career"
• Parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to attend with their student

This orientation ensures that every student—whether this is their first time or they’ve participated before—has the tools and confidence needed to make the most of the experience.
