Jenny Gezella - President, Hoffmann Marine

Jenny has been in the marine industry for 26 years, living and serving in Naples for 20 years. In addition to overseeing Port O Call Marina, which houses the Naples Princess, Miss Naples and Naples Boat Rentals; Jenny oversees 52 boats across the United States, including dinner yachts, traditional paddlewheel boats, ferry boats, sailboats, and rental boats. She has been instrumental in the growth of Hoffmann Marine, expanding the company from a single boat in 2018, to over 50 vessels across Florida, Missouri, Michigan, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Washington; and has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence on Mackinac Island, Michigan, where Hoffmann Marine operates ferry service, docks, and Sip n’ Sail Cruises, and is among the largest real estate owners in the area. Meg Stepanian - Executive Director, Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District 

A member of the Leadership Collier Class of 2025 and Naples resident since 2004. The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District (BID) is a 501(c)(3) organization representing more than 250 property owners and businesses. With a deep-rooted commitment to collaboration, creativity, and community, Meg plays a central role in shaping the avenue's vitality. Her strategic vision and marketing expertise have elevated the district’s profile, drawn visitors from near and far, and empowered local businesses to thrive. Guided by a philosophy of purposeful partnerships and dynamic storytelling, she champions initiatives celebrating the avenue’s unique character, securing its place as the cultural and economic heartbeat of Naples. Committed to public service, she continues to champion nonprofit visibility through BID initiatives, ensuring Fifth Avenue South supports organizations that strengthen Collier County.
