Presentation Description

Marketing is changing as more people use AI tools to ask who to hire, what to buy, and which businesses to trust. In this session, Heidi will show microbusiness owners how to improve the digital signals generative AI tools and prospects use to understand, compare, and recommend a business. The focus will be on practical moves owners can act on now: clearer website messaging, stronger proof and trust signals, easier-to-update website content, and authority signals such as listings, citations, and backlinks that improve visibility across search, AI, and referrals.

What Attendees Will Gain

This is a practical session for microbusiness owners who want concrete action steps, not theory. Attendees will learn how to run a simple AI-powered visibility review on their own business, identify the biggest gaps in clarity, credibility, and discoverability, and prioritize the fixes that matter most right now. They will leave with a prompt they can use immediately, a checklist for evaluating their digital presence, and clear next steps to strengthen how their business is found, understood, and chosen.
