Research consistently shows that having a strong sense of purpose in life contributes significantly to our emotional, mental, and physical well-being and longevity.  In this fun and interactive workshop, participants will gain personal insights into how they can add richness, meaning, and quality years to their life, while creating positive impact around them.

As a participant you will:

•    Identify the unique gifts and strengths you are meant to share with others and contribute to the world.

•    Explore the values, people, issues, and aspirations that drive you and how to put those priorities into meaningful action.

•    Learn practical strategies for being intentional and purposeful each and every day, prioritizing what matters most to you.

Through self-reflection, activities, dialogue, and resources, you will leave with a powerful starting action plan for supercharging your joy, fulfillment, and impact!

About the Facilitator

Lisa Gruenloh is founder and CEO of Purpose Journey, a purpose and impact-driven consulting, training, and coaching company. Purpose Journey® helps individuals, teams, and organizations leverage their unique values, strengths, and purpose for positive impact and success. Lisa currently is fulfilling a very special client engagement as Interim Chief of Staff at the Greater Naples Chamber.

Lisa is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified executive and emotional intelligence coach and impact-driven entrepreneur. Over a 30-year career, Lisa has served in leadership roles in a wide variety of corporate, government, non-profit, and consulting organizations throughout the country.

At Purpose Journey®, Lisa specializes in culture development that builds and sustains high-performing and high-functioning teams and implementing processes, systems, and tools that embed “emotionally intelligent execution discipline” to drive lasting positive impact. She pays special attention to supporting people at all levels with the behavioral and mindset skills necessary to build trust, navigate change and uncertainty, enhance well-being, and find meaning, connection, and joy in their work.

Lisa shares her expertise in leadership, coaching, communication, relationship and coalition-building, advocacy, and well-being for the benefit of numerous local, national, and international organizations. Among the many local organizations Lisa partners with include David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health, Lee Health Healthy Life Center, the Red Cross, and Collaboratory.

In 2023, Lisa was one of eight coaches globally appointed to the ICF Foundation Council of Ambassadors. Lisa is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Collier. That year she received the James V. Mudd Award from the Leadership Collier Foundation, which recognizes an outstanding community leader who models integrity, inclusive results-orientation, and selfless community service. Lisa holds two graduate degrees from American University in Washington, DC – a Master of Public Administration and Policy and a Master of Public Communication, along with many professional certifications.
