Blackbird Modern Asian is located at the luxurious Naples Bay Resort & Marina on Fifth Avenue South. Designed by Kat Solomon of Kat Solomon Interiors, the glamorous, one-story, 5,425-square-foot restaurant hosts 209 seats and banquets, a lively vibe-led cocktail bar, and three independent dining venues, including a 1,452-square-foot patio complete with a Japanese awning system overlooking expansive southwesterly vistas of the marina and beyond.
Coupled with executive chef and partner Tim Nickey’s innovative interpretation of Pan-Asian fare, the menu is anchored by dim sum favorites and Chinatown-style staples remastered with bold and luscious flavors.
The Far East-inspired venue, which launches in early-June 2025, is the second Blackbird property owned and operated by Three Amigos Hospitality partners Scott Frielich, Angelo Abbenante, Cleve Mash, and executive chef Tim Nickey.
Blackbird will open daily for dinner at 4 p.m. Happy hour (Monday, 4-10 p.m.; Tuesday through Sunday, 4-6 p.m.) will feature half-priced cocktails, wine, and beer as well as discounted bar bites. Entertainment and a live DJ will be featured in the bar and lounge on Friday and Saturday evenings.
