Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial property management.

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties.

Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities.

Ensure the properties are well-maintained and comply with all relevant codes and regulations.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while maximizing occupancy and rental income.

Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms and property rules and regulations.

Create and manage property budgets, including revenue and expense forecasting.

Collect and review rent payments and enforce lease terms.

Implement cost-saving measures and recommend improvements to enhance property performance.

Maintain accurate property records and documentation.

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for property owners.

Conduct regular property inspections and provide reports on property conditions.

Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Manage contracts and service agreements to ensure the best value for services.

Oversee capital improvement projects as needed.

Stay up to date with local and state regulations and ensure property compliance.

Manage insurance and risk management programs for the properties.
