We are hiring a full-time Community Manager for Collier County to increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouting for girls and adult volunteers through a variety of in person meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities with schools, educators, faith-based groups, community organizations, corporations, and other community constituents. The Manager works collaboratively to support volunteer service unit teams and troops to enhance the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and help girls – all girls – achieve their full potential. Qualified candidate is a self-directed and collaborative team player that will contribute to a positive leadership culture, along with relevant experience combination in sales, marketing, public speaking and presentations, exceptional customer service, volunteer management, and proficient computer operation skills. Bilingual in Spanish is desirable. The Manager works an out-based full-time flexible schedule, to include some evenings and weekends; and travels 30-percent during day and night hours in Collier County.
