Front Desk Support – Luxury Hair Salon

 Here at Michael Thomas Hair Design We are seeking a poised, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Support Specialist to join our luxury hair salon team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and takes pride in providing five-star service with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling & Reservations: Manage appointment bookings, stylist calendars, and client communications with precision and efficiency to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Client Relations: Greet guests with professionalism and care, ensuring each client feels valued and attended to throughout their visit.

• Stylist Support: Coordinate with stylists and assistants to manage appointment flow, prepare for client services, and anticipate team needs to maintain a smooth and organized workspace.

• Retail & Sales: Educate clients about our premium haircare products, process sales transactions, and maintain an attractive and organized retail area.

• Salon Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, calm, and elegant front-of-house atmosphere that reflects our brand’s luxury standards.

• Time Management & Communication: Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, handle inquiries promptly, and communicate clearly with both clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous salon, spa, or luxury retail experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette

• A polished, positive, and service-oriented attitude

• Experience with salon booking software is a plus
