Front Office Reception/Sales usually do a little bit of everything. You will greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the studio, help clients determine the next steps in their wellness journey, promote membership sales, answer queries, screen phone calls, confirm appointments, help our nurses, and ensure current members are receiving the highest level of customer service.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to multitask without getting stressed or overwhelmed. This person must have fundamental computer skills and must display fluency in word documents and excel spreadsheets. The candidate must also have strong communication, people, prioritization, and customer service and Sales skills and must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience to all members and guests

  • Educate clients on DRIPBaR Services benefits and offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based

    on what clients express

  • Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators (including membership sales/renewals,

    add-on services)

  • Having good social media skills, email, and review support. Take pictures of clients for social

    media and organic postings and promoting our services

  • Working with our technology tools (CRM, Zenoti)

  • Managing office communications—fielding incoming and making outgoing phone calls, emails,

    mail, and social media

  • Managing and maintaining office services (ensuring a safe and clean environment for members

    and guests)

  • Scheduling and managing clients/members’ appointments

  • Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors,

    consultants, and clients

  • Assisting the nurse when appropriate

  • Recognize and respond to potential problems and take initiative to solve problems

    independently and creatively

  • Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of menial duties without letting anything

    fall through the cracks

    Requirements:

  • Have exceptional communication and social skills

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar role

  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong teamwork mentality

  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity and ability to work independently

May work around usual office and outpatient conditions. During busy periods, may require periods of time standing and/or walking. May work around biohazards. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible. Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs /maintenance.

Compensation includes the following:

* Competitive pay
* Access to all services/modalities offered at THE DRIPBaR (IVs and IM injections) at a highly discounted rate
* Vacation days / PTO
* Job Type: Part/Full Time
* Salary: $15 -$18/hour + monthly commission bonus potential based on Membership Sales
and/or Monthly/Daily Sales
* Attainable commissions in addition to base salary
