Leadership Collier Foundation Program Manager (Part-Time)
The LCF Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all Leadership Collier programs, including Leadership Collier (LC), Associate Leadership Collier (ALC), Youth Leadership Collier (YLC) and Engage Collier. They will also serve to consistently and diligently maintain and reinforce the relationship between the LCF, the Chamber, and the community. This individual is expected to be aware and practice the LCF vision, mission, and translate these values consistently to class members and alumni.
Reports to: CEO via Director of Alumni Relations & Foundation Development
Interrelationships: Collaborates with the CEO, Chamber staff, LCF Advisory Council, Community Stakeholders, and LCF Alumni.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Leadership Programs (Leadership Collier, Associate Leadership Collier, Youth Leadership Collier): Develop and maintain the Leadership Collier programs (LC, ALC, YLC), which make participants informed and engaged with opportunities to make a difference. Manage leadership programs, including session and event planning, volunteer management, data collection, and recruitment.
•Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of all Leadership Collier programs, ensuring alignment with LCF’s mission and goals.
•Oversee recruitment, selection and notification processes for all programs.
•Establish KPIs to measure program impact, participant engagement, and alumni involvement in collaboration with the Director of Alumni Relations & Foundation Development.
•Work closely with the CEO and LCF Advisory Council to guide the strategic direction and growth of all LCF programs.
•Plan, coordinate, supervise, evaluate, and continuously improve the quality of program sessions.
•Work with individual program chairs and committees to execute program kick-offs, retreats, and closing critiques.
•Coordinate session logistics, including site visits, transportation, speaker scheduling, and meals.
•Oversee program application and recruitment efforts, including the YLC selection process.
•Supervise scholarship administration for LCF programs.
• Attend and coordinate all program session days, ensuring seamless execution.
•Manage program materials, including schedules, applications, and participant communications.
•Organize and facilitate Engage Collier sessions, including speaker coordination and day-of event management.
•Procure and manage all session-day supplies, including snacks and drinks.
Finance & Budget Management
•Collaborate with the CEO and COO to ensure program budgets align with LCF’s financial strategy.
•Monitor program-related expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
•Maintain accurate financial records and negotiate vendor contracts for program services.
•Assist in the collection of tuition payments and track funding sources.
•Track appropriate data to support grant applications and compliance
LCF Board and Advisory Council
•Attend the LCF Advisory Council, coordinating updates and appropriate information for these meetings
•Assist in advisory council engagement and recruitment efforts.
Communication
•Collaborate with the Chamber’s marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all LCF programs.
•Coordinate and assist in creating leadership-related digital content, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
•Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase program awareness and engagement.
•Initiate and coordinate press releases, presentations, and event promotions, including photography needs.
•Contribute to LCF program-related social media pages and support Chamber-wide communications.
•Oversee program video production for graduation events.
•Capture and manage photography for all LCF events and sessions, hiring photographers when within budget.
•Support data collection and creation of the annual LCF Impact Report.
General Responsibilities
•Document all work processes and procedures for continuity and efficiency.
•Ensure adherence to all Leadership Collier Foundation and Chamber policies and procedures.
•Provide support for Chamber events, as needed, particularly those related to LCF.
•Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate session days, alumni events, and community engagement.
•Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
•Extensive nonprofit management and administrative experience, along with strong organizational and public relations skills, as well as fund-raising or event planning expertise.
•Demonstrated leadership in identifying and implementing programmatic enhancements while preserving the integrity of the programs supported.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
•Establish and adhere to realistic timelines and budgets.
•Have experience working in a non-profit environment or successfully leading staff and teams of volunteers.
•Successfully maintain relationships with teams, volunteers, and co-workers.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, database management and finance.
•Experience with Leadership Collier Programs is preferred but not required.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000
