Spherion Staffing Naples, FL is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule and conduct in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Data Management & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Utilize ATS: Effectively utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience using social media platforms for recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for various types of roles.
- Experience with boolean search strings.
