Responsibilities:
You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from proactively sourcing candidates through job boards and social media to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding experience. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their unique workforce needs and providing expert guidance to ensure we find the right fit for their culture. Identify qualified

 candidates through diverse channels, including networking and direct sourcing.

Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Relationship Management: Build genuine relationships with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.

Data & Compliance: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and ensure all hiring practices follow employment laws.

Working hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Knowledge of local market trends and industry-specific hiring needs.
Ability to pivot and persevere in a fast-paced environment.
Experience building and maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-3 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (staffing industry experience is a plus!).
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
