ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW

In a world that is losing its sense of humanity, Charity for Change exists to teach children strong character and social-emotional skills so they can navigate challenges, build healthy relationships, and become successful in school, future careers and life.

At the heart of our work is teaching generosity and giving, together with nine core character values that shape everything we do: respect, cooperation, integrity, responsibility, citizenship, tolerance, self-control, kindness, and perseverance. These values guide how children learn to treat others, handle challenges, and understand their role in their communities. They also define our culture as an organization and how we show up for one another as a team.

Charity for Change is guided by a simple belief: if children are taught to care about each other and the world around them, success will follow. We are a fast-growing organization with deep local roots and national growth, committed to shaping not only strong students, but thoughtful, compassionate people who carry these values into their families, schools, future careers and communities.
