Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to execute monthly content plans across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on transforming approved content calendars into high-quality, branded social media posts, coordinating with a video editor for reels, and managing scheduling and publishing across platforms.
The ideal candidate is both creatively skilled and operationally disciplined. You must be proficient in graphic design, understand platform best practices, and maintain strict brand consistency across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Design static posts, carousels, and supporting graphics based on approved content calendars
- Maintain brand consistency for each client including fonts, color palettes, tone, and visual style
- Adapt content appropriately for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as assigned
- Ensure all content meets quality and formatting standards before publishing
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the video editor to integrate reels and video content into the monthly posting schedule
- In some cases, assist in developing content calendars in collaboration with leadership
- Communicate clearly regarding deadlines, revisions, and content needs
Scheduling & Publishing
- Schedule posts according to monthly or weekly content plans
- Ensure proper tagging, formatting, and platform optimization
- Monitor scheduled posts to confirm successful publishing
- Maintain organized tracking of posted content
Platform & Brand Management
- Follow client-specific branding guidelines and posting protocols
- Stay current with platform best practices and algorithm considerations
- Make informed formatting decisions to maximize engagement and clarity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing and scheduling posts across major social platforms
- Strong understanding of visual branding and layout principles
- Ability to manage multiple client brands simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently within structured systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assisting with content strategy or calendar development
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
Work Structure
- Approximately 5–10 hours per week
- Content is typically planned monthly, occasionally weekly
