The Alzheimer's Support Network is a local, independent, not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation dedicated to serving families dealing with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia in Collier County. Services provided free of charge include a Caregivers' Resource Center, a monthly newsletter, support groups, monthly Government, Education & Individualsal meetings, Helpline, problem solving, referral, advocacy, and Wanderer's Identification Program.
