Qualifying families must be US Citizens or Permanent US Residents with a clean criminal & credit record and meet minimum income requirements. All partner families must exhibit need, ability to partner, and ability to repay. Before purchasing their home with a no-interest loan, each family must invest 500 hours of sweat equity. Volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization and we are heavily dependent on volunteer labor to keep our homes affordable. Our construction sites in Naples and Immokalee are open five days a week all year round. No experience is necessary, just a willing heart.
