Jan Kantor is founder and owner of Success Systems, a business-consulting firm. Jan came to Southwest Florida in 1972 from Miami. Upon arriving he took ownership of two local radio stations, which became extraordinarily successful. He sold the stations in 1982 and retired … for one year. Having come from a larger business market and believing business people need additional resources to grow their businesses, Jan was inspired to establish Success Systems. The company specializes in enhancing internal corporate communications, teamwork, leadership and management techniques and business systems consultation. Success Systems also offers executive coaching programs to assist growth-oriented business people in clarifying their organizational vision, focus and execution, leading to higher personal and company performance.
