Margo is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Trust, Estate Planning and Personal Wealth Practice Group. Margo is a trusts and estates attorney who supports and advises clients in the areas of estate and gift planning, estate administration, trust administration, succession planning, and tax matters.

Margo collaborates with individuals, families, and their advisors to implement estate planning strategies aimed at optimizing both tax implications and broader objectives.  Margo assists with the drafting of last will and testaments, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.  Additionally, she represents fiduciaries throughout the entire estate and trust administration journey, from initiation to resolution and the final distribution of assets.  This involves working with nominated personal representatives in a last will and testament, or, if there is no last will and testament, a family member or personal friend who would like to be appointed personal representative by the court for authority to access decedent's assets, to file all necessary court filings for an estate administration proceeding in court and any documentation needed for the distribution of assets to beneficiaries.  Margo also assists trustees of a trust with all tasks associated with the administration of the trust.  Margo can assist with the preparation and filing of Internal Revenue Service Form 706 for taxable estates.  Margo is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and New Jersey.
