Project HELP is a not for profit agency offering advocacy, counseling, court accompaniment and first response to rape, violence, crime and sudden traumatic loss of a loved one. All our services have been offered free and confidential since our inception in 1986. We work closely with law enforcement, state attorney's office, medical examiner's office and other not for profit agencies to provide all victims receive the critical services to ensure they receive the justice and healing necessary to move forward.
