Clive Daniel Home partners with London Bay Homes to design elegant luxury showcase estate in Cambridge Park
Clive Daniel Home has completed the interior design of a stunning showcase estate in Cambridge Park at Orange Blossom, London Bay’s boutique Naples enclave of only 17 luxury homes. The design conveys an inviting transitional coastal aesthetic throughout the Cameron, a three-bedroom residence with a study, three full bathrooms, a powder room, pool bath, three-car garage and 3,322 square feet under air. The home is one of three showcase estates available for immediate occupancy at Cambridge Park, situated in the heart of Naples just minutes from Gulf beaches, premier shopping, dining and entertainment.
Clive Daniel designers Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen were inspired by the Cameron’s upscale neutral finishes selected by London Bay’s award-winning design team, including natural oak flooring, a beamed ceiling in the great room and distinctive tilework imparting touches of blue and teal. They added wallpaper and paint accents, introduced architectural and furnishings and artwork showcasing nature-derived themes, and emphasized natural textures, such as grasscloth, stone and rattan.
“Our design accentuates the homes beautiful architectural details,” said Hansen. “The floor plan is great, open and airy, and we created warm and inviting spaces with an open furniture layout that’s not crowded. Paint, trim work and wallpaper make a world of difference in the backgrounds of the home. They add depth and richness, and the colors lean warmer because of the oak flooring.”
The palette of grays, creams, whites and blues complement a variety of wood furniture finishes and white and polished chrome lighting. The clean backdrops were paired with high-contrast pieces and design elements. “We added dark textural wallpaper with plum undertones to highlight the light tile and vanity in the powder room,” said Errett-Pikosky. “There’s a little bit of color in the bedrooms; one features dusty sage-gray walls. We painted all the walls in the pool bath blue to go with the plaid tile. Artwork is textural and light.”
Architectural furnishings are reflected in the design of a guestroom’s upholstered fabric and wood bed, the dining room’s acrylic and wood table and the angular matchstick detail of the foyer’s console. The Cameron’s spacious great room accommodates an extra-large sofa and features honeycomb silver foil wallpaper in the center niche of built-in cabinetry.
Designed for indoor-outdoor entertaining, the estate’s open floor plan blends the great room, kitchen and dining room into nearly 950 square feet of main living space that flows seamlessly to a covered lanai. The estate’s chef-inspired kitchen boasts a freestanding island with a trio of stools, a bar featuring blue-tinged tile and an oversized walk-in pantry.
The lanai holds a fully equipped summer kitchen with blue tilework, a dining space with slipcovered chairs circling a round dining table and a sitting area offering four lounge chairs and a cluster of cocktail tables with floral tops. Three chaises and navy blue stools impart a resort esthetic by the custom pool.
The designers embellished the master bedroom with wood trim on the main wall, creating a backdrop for the upholstered bed with a built-in bench. Gray paint accents the tray ceiling and is repeated on the wood-trimmed wall and behind the dual-sink vanity in the luxurious bathroom which offers an oversized glass shower. The suite also features a painterly credenza, marbled black nightstand lamps, two walk-in closets and private outdoor access to a firepit lounge.
Guestrooms are located in separate wings and have full private bathrooms. One features a walk-in closet.
“The home is well-dressed with an intentional and sophisticated color story that will resonate with homebuyers,” said Errett-Pikosky. “They’ll also appreciate the neighborhood and location.”
In addition to the Cameron at Cambridge Park, situated just off of Orange Blossom Drive in Naples, two additional showcase estates are currently available. The four-bedroom, four-bath Martinique offers 3,564 square feet under air, while the Leighton, a 2,904-square-foot estate, has three bedrooms, three full baths, a half bath and study.
With attainable HOA fees and the convenience of included lawn care and pool maintenance, Cambridge Park caters to a carefree lifestyle. Showcase estates are priced from the mid-$3 millions.
