Fostering Success, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational and enrichment opportunities to help foster children thrive, raised over $700,000 at its record-breaking gala in March. Themed “Candy Dreams,” nearly 300 guests enjoyed a whimsical and inspiring evening at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, raising crucial funds to support valuable, life-changing programs for foster children throughout Southwest Florida.

A former foster child who received support from Fostering Success to earn her GED and successfully transition into college and adulthood, shared her personal story with guests. “Fostering Success is so much more than another nonprofit. I’ve experienced this firsthand – it’s a group of people who genuinely care. They’re not just here to check a box or provide temporary help. They’re here to change lives, and that’s exactly what they’ve done for me and so many others,” she said.

Special performances by Dance Arts by Maria provided heartwarming entertainment for the sweet celebration. An exciting live auction featured incredible experiences, including a luxurious Italian getaway to Lake Como and Milan, a customizable European adventure, an ultimate sports enthusiasts’ package a showstopping Kenny Chesney concert at the Sphere in Las Vegas and more.

The Candy Dreams Gala, co-chaired by Elaine and Jay Moorin, was supported by an anonymous presenting sponsor honoring the couple.
