Fiduciary Care LLC, the parent company of Fiduciary Associates, LLC and Senior Advocacy Group, is pleased to announce that Heather Ann Front has joined the organization as office manager and assistant trust administrator, bringing more than 30 years of experience in legal administration, operations management and complex client service support.

In her role, Front supports both Fiduciary Care LLC and its affiliated companies, including Fiduciary Associates, a trust and estate administration firm, and Senior Advocacy Group, which provides trusted agent and life care management services. She oversees key office operations, including employee onboarding, payroll coordination, invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, vendor management, and overall administrative functions that support the organization’s hybrid workforce and growing client base.

Front also assists the firm’s senior trust administrators in the administration of trust accounts, supporting client communications, account documentation, transaction processing and trust accounting activities. She helps maintain compliance with fiduciary regulations while ensuring accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and coordination with advisors and beneficiaries.

Prior to joining Fiduciary Care LLC, Front served as office administrator, manager and paralegal at Farmer & Associates, PLLC, where she co-managed firm operations while supporting tax, corporate and international tax legal matters. Her career also includes positions with prominent law firms such as Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A. and several leading firms in Boston.
