Joe the Home Pro Home Inspections has promoted Joseph Pate to vice president of operations, reflecting the company’s continued growth and strategic expansion plans.

Pate joined Joe the Home Pro as the office manager in 2025 and quickly emerged as a key operational leader. Over the past year, he has strengthened internal systems, streamlined inspection workflows and supported the company’s expanding team of inspectors and partners.

In his new role, Pate will oversee companywide operations, lead the implementation of enhanced systems and processes, support the company’s expansion into the Tampa market, and manage the onboarding and development of new licensees nationwide. His focus will be on scalable growth while maintaining the operational standards that have defined the Joe the Home Pro brand.
