The countdown to Christmas is on, and Sunshine Ace Hardware in San Carlos is lighting up the holidays for children at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida.

Through Thursday, Dec. 19, shoppers are encouraged to visit the Giving Tree at Sunshine Ace Hardware’s San Carlos store, located at 18911 Tamiami Trail South in Fort Myers, to select a donation card from the tree. Each card on the tree contains a unique wish list of items for donors to purchase. All donations will go directly to patients at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Fort Myers.

Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida is the only recognized children’s hospital between Tampa and Miami, and the hospital strives to deliver vital and lifesaving care to children and their families. The hospital is a member of Children’s Miracle Network, the primary charitable partner of Sunshine Ace Hardware. Since declaring Children’s Miracle Network as its primary charitable partner in December 2019, Sunshine Ace Hardware has raised $397,216 through a series of successful fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
