Silver Oak’s model homes sample the modern open-concept home designs emphasizing impeccable craftsmanship, heightened luxury and elevated lifestyles with resort-style outdoor living spaces featuring custom saltwater pools, spas and even a putting green and bocce court. The model homes are anticipated to be completed by this fall.

Known for crafting the gold standard in custom luxury home design, homebuyers will discover how Seagate individually tailors every luxury estate in Silver Oak. All homes include studies, outdoor kitchens with built-in gas grills, and spacious master suites featuring sitting areas, walk-in closets, freestanding tubs and frameless walk-in showers. Chef’s kitchens boast premium wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, a Sub-Zero/Wolf appliance package and tile backsplashes.

The models introduce unique personalities in their architecture – the flat rooflines and linear forms of mid-century modern and in the shutters, corbels and minimum ornamentation illustrating British West Indies and coastal contemporary influences.

The three-bedroom Liberty spans 4,800 square feet under air and devotes 1,200 square feet to outdoor living, complete with lounge and dining areas and a dual-sided fireplace. Wire-brushed European oak wood flooring, reverse soffit ceiling details, contrasting white oak and matte java kitchen cabinets, and the wine room’s up lit racking system realize Theory Design’s vision of modern interiors with clean lines and contrasting natural woods. The Liberty also has a dedicated wet bar and courtyard garden. The model is offered at $5,520,000 and is expected to debut this September.

Theory Design highlights modern livable interiors with natural finishes and materials in the four-bedroom Burrata, planned for completion in October. Wood adds warmth throughout the model’s 4,068 square feet – from the beams in the grand room’s ceiling and vertical slats accenting the TV wall to the wire-brushed Baltic ash flooring and in the rift-cut of the kitchen’s nut brown and ebony cabinetry. The design aesthetic complements the estate’s mid-century modern-inspired architecture and a pure-white facade accented with stacked stone, light natural walnut siding, black entry and garage doors, lighting and window casings. It’s priced at $5,100,000.

The Burrata caters to those who love to entertain, it has a bar and full-height wine refrigerator in the dining room, a VIP guest room and generous alfresco spaces, including a linear fireplace and a putting green.

Seagate and Theory Design are also collaborating on the Tortola model, slated for completion in November and offered at $4,985,000. Spanning 4,005 square feet under air, the estate has four bedrooms, a wet bar in the dining room and zero-corner sliding doors flowing outside to open-air and under-roof gathering destinations.

Additional floor plans in Silver Oak span 3,300 to 5,730 square feet of living space and offer three to five bedrooms, up to five full baths, plus powder rooms and pool baths, and three- and four-car garages.

Located at 3022 Ravenna Ave., Naples, Silver Oak has no HOA and is close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, top-rated schools, arts and culture venues and esteemed private clubs.
