Seven model homes now open in new model park at award-winning Del Webb Naples!

NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 2, 2024) – Del Webb, a pioneer in communities and lifestyles for active adults 55 and over, has revealed seven additional model homes in the newest phase of Del Webb Naples, Collier County’s 2023 Community of the Year located in Ave Maria. The recently completed models in the new model home park showcase even more of the builder’s innovative consumer-inspired floor plans, including brand-new craftsman-inspired architecture.

The professionally decorated models include two low-maintenance villas and five single-family homes and highlight at-home outdoor living with extended lanais, pools and jetted spas, and even a backyard devoted to fun and lawn games. Featuring expansive amenities, an elevated lifestyle, a vibrant social scene and strong sense of community, Del Webb Naples offers 21 floor plans tailored to active adults.

Designed for today’s lifestyles, homes feature an open-concept floor plan blending gathering rooms, cafés and kitchens, two-and three-car garages and versatile flex rooms for home offices, dens and quiet retreats. Spacious owner’s suites have walk-in closets and private bathrooms with dual-sink vanities, glass-enclosed showers and linen closets.

“Our newest model homes really showcase the robust lifestyle at Del Webb Naples,” said Josh Graeve, president for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “The designs also emphasize our residents’ passion for entertaining at home; with flex rooms envisioned as inviting sitting or lounge areas, an entire backyard devoted to outdoor fun and games, and the easy flow between indoor and alfresco spaces.”

New villa models in Del Webb Naples showcase the Cascadia and Seagrove home designs, each offering two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garages and flex rooms imagined in the models as dens with desks and seating arrangements.

White and beige shiplap woodwork accenting walls and tray ceilings, a modern palette of earthtones in natural leather, warm white, gray and charcoal, plus wood-look tile flooring and pale-oak finishes convey vintage bungalow design throughout the Cascadia’s 1,602 square feet. Ebony adds contrast while gray grasscloth and woven seagrass and caning introduce texture. The Cascadia’s spacious kitchen features a peninsula island, gray and white cabinetry, and accommodates a café table for two. The sun-filled gathering room flows from glass sliding doors to the lanai and extended patio, offering a firepit and dining area.

Referencing classic minimalist design, the 1,448-square-foot Seagrove villa features a color scheme of snow and ivory whites, pale beige, various iterations of gray and sun-bleached woods complemented by rich espresso undertones and gleaming nickel finishes. Slip-covered furniture, wood-framed wall moldings painted off-white and marble rust wallpaper murals create a custom look. A wall in the foyer is clad floor-to-ceiling with white picket tile – a design element repeated in the kitchen’s backsplash.

Five model homes showcase Del Webb Naples’ array of single-family homes, offered across three collections of homes. Illustrating the Scenic series, the two-bedroom, two-bath Contour features chic cottage-inspired décor with a palette of light blue, soft beige and gray with woven textures and the natural wood tones of eucalyptus, weathered gray teak and driftwood.

The two-bedroom, two-bath Prosperity model, a Distinctive series home, highlights Florida’s coveted outdoor lifestyle with an extended patio and backyard envisioned for prime lake views and favorite pastimes – alfresco dining under a string-lighted freestanding pergola, a firepit, cornhole and lawn Jenga in a seating area with benches and herb gardens. The Prosperity offers a flex room, 1,670 square feet under air, a two-car garage and wraparound front porch.

The Mystique, also from the Distinctive series, offers two bedrooms, two baths, a flex room, a two-car garage with extra storage and 1,889 square feet. Its décor emphasizes natural elements conveyed in wood-stained trim work, the gathering room’s beamed ceiling, ebony rope-wrapped lighting, textural wallpaper, wood tones of tawny pine, amber oak and natural teak root, and upholstered furniture with contemporary curves and deep channels.

Representing Del Webb Naples’ Echelon collection, the Reverence model boasts modern interpretations of retro and midcentury design and introduces shades of green – moss, dried-thyme and green-blue – into a primary palette of textured white, soft gray, charcoal, camel and sand-colored wood-look tile flooring with driftwood and burnished black accents. Offering a two-car garage with separate golf cart storage and 2,669 square feet, the three-bedroom, three-bath model envisions the flex room as a sophisticated sitting area.

Also an Echelon series home, the 2,808-square-foot Renown offers a flex room, powder room, three-car garage and large outdoor living spaces, including a wraparound porch and covered lanai. Its three bedrooms have walk-in closets and private baths. The model optimizes indoor-outdoor living with zero-corner glass doors opening main gathering spaces to the lanai and a custom pool with a sun shelf and bubblers and a raised jetted spa with a 360-degree spillway to the pool.

Celebrated as a tranquil and luxurious retreat for active adults, Del Webb Naples received the 2023 Community of the Year Sand Dollar Award from the Collier Building Industry Association. With an engaging active lifestyle and Southwest Florida’s largest Del Webb amenity campus, the community offers two clubhouses, including the stately 15,000-square-foot Grand Hall with three adjoining social halls accommodating 350 guests and expansive outdoor verandas, gathering areas and the Rusty Putter Restaurant with an alfresco bar to enjoy Naples’ picture-perfect weather and sweeping views.

The Oasis Club, the second clubhouse, offers a fitness center and movement studio and extensive outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, separate three-lane lap pool, 18 sports courts for pickleball, bocce ball and tennis, an amphitheater and community garden. With 12 pickleball courts, Del Webb Naples has quickly gained attention among pickleball enthusiasts for having more courts and the most robust programming of any community in Southwest Florida.

Del Webb Naples also offers over 15 miles of walking trails and an optional membership at Panther Run Golf Club, featuring the community’s immaculate 18-hole championship golf course.

The community’s full-time lifestyle director coordinates a year-round social calendar of events and activities, including concert outings, art classes and wine tastings. Residents also enjoy the amenities and programs offered by Ave Maria, one of the region’s most exciting and top-selling master-planned communities, and easy access to Naples’ upscale shopping, dining and entertainment, and miles of Gulf of Mexico beaches.

Del Webb Naples offers an array of condominium carriage homes, villas and single-family homes overlooking rolling golf fairways and lakes. Homes start from the mid-$300,000s.
