Local Staffing Office Recognized as Top in the Region

NAPLES, Fla. – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) in Naples is pleased to announce that the office has been awarded an internal award of the 2023 Branch of the Year out of all seven Spherion offices in Central & Southwest Florida, given out by the local franchise owner, David Miller. 

The annual award recognizes one office in the region based on multiple factors, including year-over-year sales increases, direct hire and conversion fees, workers compensation claims, number of new clients, profitability, budget percentage, cashflows and positive reviews. Spherion Naples has now won the Branch of the Year award four times over the course of six years. Additionally, the location received the Branch of the Quarter award in the fourth quarter of 2023, marking its eleventh time receiving the accolade.

The 2023 award winners were announced in February 2024 by Miller, franchise owner of Spherion Central & Southwest Florida. In addition to Naples, Miller owns and operates offices in Fort Myers, Lakeland, Leesburg, Ocala and Sarasota; all of which were eligible to win this annual award.
