Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar launches ‘Cocktail for a Cause’ fundraiser benefiting two local humane societies

Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar is raising a glass for a good cause with the launch of its ‘Cocktail for a Cause’ fundraiser benefiting the Gulf Coast Humane Society and Patty Baker Humane Society Naples.

Now through Oct. 31, Tap 42’s Fort Myers and Naples locations will feature its new Strawberry Matcha Tini as the signature cocktail of the fundraiser, with a portion of proceeds from sales donated to benefit animals in need. Funds raised at Tap 42’s Fort Myers restaurant at Bell Tower will support Gulf Coast Humane Society, while its Naples restaurant at Mercato will support Patty Baker Humane Society Naples.

The Strawberry Matcha Tini combines matcha syrup, Licor 43, Ketel One vodka and a smooth layer of strawberry cold foam, showcasing a colorful and refreshing twist on a classic martini.

“Cocktails for a Cause offers our guests a meaningful way to enjoy a handcrafted cocktail while helping animals right here in Southwest Florida,” said Alex Rudolph, executive vice president of Tapco Restaurant Group. “We’re proud to support the Gulf Coast Humane Society and Patty Baker Humane Society Naples through our fall fundraiser, and encourage the community to come out for a good cause.”

Gulf Coast Humane Society serves as a safe haven for pets in need by providing medical care, promoting adoptions and nurturing the bond between pets and people in Southwest Florida. As the region’s longest-serving shelter and veterinary clinic, Gulf Coast Humane Society is dedicated to giving every pet a chance at a healthier, happier life.

Patty Baker Humane Society Naples serves thousands of animals in the community each year through sheltering, fostering and adoption programs, as well as with medical care through The Yawney Family Veterinary Clinic and the Patty and Jay Baker Mobile Veterinary Clinic. The no-kill shelter believes everyone should have the opportunity to experience animal companionship.
