Youth Haven inaugural beneficiary of Chairs for Charity art auction on Jan. 22

Youth Haven, Collier County’s only emergency and residential shelter for abused and neglected children and teens ages 6 to 21, is honored to be the charitable beneficiary of Gulfshore Life’s inaugural Chairs for Charity fundraiser on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026. The special event will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at MHK Architecture’s office located at 2059 Tamiami Trail East, Naples.

Chairs for Charity is a unique, design-forward event where eight of Southwest Florida’s top designers reimagine vintage chairs into bespoke creations. Each piece will be auctioned, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Youth Haven and its mission to provide home, hope and healing for vulnerable youth throughout Southwest Florida.

“We’re honored to have been selected as the first beneficiary of this incredible event that celebrates our community’s creativity, compassion and generosity,” said Linda Goldfield, CEO of Youth Haven. “Sustaining Youth Haven’s programs requires the partnership of a caring, engaged community. Events like Chairs for Charity not only raise essential funds but also build awareness of the critical resources we provide for children and teens in crisis. This fun and meaningful evening is a true reflection of a shared belief that every child deserves a safe and supportive environment in which to thrive.”

Guests will enjoy complimentary valet parking and an art-filled evening of live entertainment, light bites and bubbles while bidding on one-of-a-kind chairs displayed throughout the event space. A live auction will highlight select signature pieces and additional curated offerings will be available through a silent auction. Chairs for the special event have been designed by Allison Craig, Bay Design, Broad Avenue Studios, Clive Daniel Home, Driftwood Garden Center, Kurtz Homes Naples, MHK Architecture and STOCK Development.

The event’s venue partner, MHK Architecture, has also donated its architectural services to support Youth Haven’s Building Hope for Tomorrow capital campaign.

Tickets begin at $75 and include event access, food, beverages and participation in both the live and silent auctions. To purchase tickets or learn more, visit gulfshorelife.com/chairs-for-charity.
