Youth Haven welcomes three new members to its Board of Directors for the 2025-26 term
Youth Haven, Collier County’s only emergency and residential shelter for abused and neglected children and teens ages 6 to 21, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new board members to its 2025-26 Board of Directors. Larry Catena, Jacki Guinn and Debbie Toler have joined a dedicated, compassionate team of visionaries and community leaders supporting Youth Haven’s mission of providing home, hope and healing for children and teens throughout Southwest Florida.
“We are excited to welcome Larry, Jacki and Debbie to our talented and engaged Board of Directors during the 2025-26 term,” said Linda Goldfield, chief executive officer of Youth Haven. “Their collective passion, commitment and expertise will ensure our team can continue to meet the increasing demands for programs, services and opportunities to support youth in need throughout our community.”
Catena currently serves as a managing director and private wealth advisor at Morgan Stanley and has been ranked as one of Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in the U.S. from 2015 to 2021. He brings over three decades of financial expertise to the organization and is active on several nonprofit boards in the Naples area.
Guinn is a long-time community volunteer and former executive director of a college foundation, with prior marketing roles, including work for a Fortune 500 corporation. She has served on nonprofit boards supporting at-risk children, group homes and foster care across the country, as well as locally with the Domestic Violence Advocacy Council and the Naples Children & Education Foundation, where she is currently a trustee and member of the nominating committee.
Toler is an accomplished marketing and communications executive with extensive experience across healthcare, consumer products, technology and entertainment, managing large scale experiential marketing programs, digital platforms and global events for clients such as Google, Bank of America, Philips Healthcare and Boehringer Ingelheim. She brings a strong commitment to community service through her leadership on several nonprofit boards. In 2023, Toler received the Spirit of Community Award from the Florida Commission on the Status of Women.
The new board members will join a dynamic team of officers and directors for the 2025-26 term, including:
