Books for Collier Kids' Board of Directors meet monthly from October through April on the second Tuesday of the month (3-4:30 pm); we are seeking individuals who are passionate about early childhood literacy and wish to help us 'spread the word' about our all-volunteer organization who distribute more than 130,000 new books annually to children in pre-K, kindergarten, first- and second-grade in Collier County Public elementary schools. To date since 2005, we have distributed 1.8 MILLION books to children in need in our community to take home, share and cherish. Thank you for your consideration.
