Fund Development position requires relationship with Collier County individuals that would have the passion and financial ability to support our mission "To eliminate substandard and overcrowded rental housing for farmworker families and other low- and moderate-income residents of Immokalee" Board of Director position, Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications: 

• Professional experience in a senior leadership position, with significant accomplishments in business, government, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector. 

• A commitment to and understanding of IFHA’s targeted population, preferably based on experience. 

• Diplomatic skills and an affinity for cultivating relationships and building consensus among individuals with diverse backgrounds. 

• Personal integrity and credibility.
